Ellis® Socket Options
Radial socket users also benefit from this advantage, since just one socket is needed to be prepared for use with Ellis-forearms. This one socket can be used in combination with a mechanical hand, a wrist / pinch function and with even a myo-hand…
Explore below Ellis options for use in combination with a humeral or radial sockets.
HUMERAL SOCKET

EASY DONNING-DOFFING
A big advantage of combining the Ellis® MC34 Connector with a humeral socket is the more easy donning/doffing – by use of one arm.
Exchangeing of mechanical end terminals during the day is also less cumbersome. A dedicated Ellis® HSA 50 LAM adapter is available to prepare a humerus socket for use with the Ellis® MC34 Connector and prosthesis.
Do you want to keep using the current elbow, this is also an option. You will need a dedicated Connector-base in customized length to fixate it to.
MYO socket

DETACHABLE MYO
When using (wired) myo control in a humerus socket, it is possible to donn and doff the Ellis MC34 connector and swiftly exchange the myo-elbow for a mechanical elbow. You do not need to exchange your socket.
Use the Ellis® MC34 Connector together with Ellis CS4-SA Contact wire kit and the Ellis HSA 50LAM adapter to obtain this option.
In case you want to benefit from a light-weight Ellis A2-3-4 Elbow combined with a specific brand myo-hand; consider use of Ellis CW4EL Contact-wire kit – this elbow wire-kit ensures seamless integration of cables.
RADIAL SOCKET

SWIFT EXCHANGE OF HANDS
Radial socket users that prefer easy exchange of a wrist with hand without use of multiple sockets, benefit from the Ellis® RSA 50LAM radial adapter:
Use RSA 50LAM to obtain the detachable connection to easily exchange Ellis forearm wrists + end terminals …
